This a truly amazing rhubarb cake. Even some people, who usually don't eat cakes, couldn't resist to take several pieces. Rhubarb is very sour. Other components of this cake very well balance rhubarb.

Crust:
5 eggs |
4 tbsp sugar |
4 tbsp flour |
Filling:
5 egg yolk |
450 g sour cream |
6 tbsp sugar |
3 tbsp corn flour |
500 g rhubarb |
Topping:
5 egg white |
5 tbsp sugar |
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C
For the crust:
Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar till sugar is melted.
In separate bowl whisk egg whites till it is hard.
Mix together eggs and flour. Pour the mix on the oven pan and bake it 20 minutes.
For the filling:
Whisk egg yolks with sugar till sugar is melted. Mix in sour cream and corn flour.
Cut rhubarb to small pieces and it to the mix.
Put filling on the crust and bake it 15 minutes
For the topping:
Whisk egg whites till it is hard. Add sugar and whisk till sugar is melted.
Put topping on top of the filling and bake 10 minutes
