Have you ever thought about the phrase – You are, what you eat!
When you start thinking about it, then you’ll understand, that it is literally true! Every part off your body is composed from the stuff you eat. There is no other (usual) way to get nutrients.
Why it is so, that everything else is important – new cool phone, TV, car, …, but you don’t want to “waste” your energy for good and high-quality food? I’m not suggesting that you should eat in fine-dining restaurant every day. Just start thinking, how easy it is to diversify your menu.
