200 g red quinoa |
1 avocado |
2 tomato |
10 lettuce leaf |
0,5 jalapeno |
basil |
cilantro |
dill |
2 lime |
olive oil |
Boil quinoa with oil and salt.
In the same time cut avocado, tomatoes and jalapeno into small pieces.
Tear the lettuce into smaller pieces.
Add basil, cilantro, dill, fresh lime juice and olive oil.
