This is very easy cheese salad I like to do in spring. It is the time of the year you can get wild garlic leaves. Usually cheese salad it made with garlic. If you want a softer and new taste, use wild garlic in cheese salad.
It takes only 5 min to make the salad. So, it is very good option for breakfast with black bread.
300g cheese |
400g greek yoghut |
20 leaf wild garlic |
Wash wild garlic and chop it finely. Add grated cheese and greek yoghurt and mix everything together.
