Beetroot hummus is so far my favorite hummus. First of all, beetroot gives a rich red color. Imagine, how you can decorate your table with colorful dishes and combine those to great visual art! Using beetroot in hummus, you get smooth texture and very different, but in the same time very good taste. If you like the taste, then this hummus is for you!
Hummus is great appetizer for a party. Do you like red and green? Add guacamole or avocado hummus and you already are an artist - both visual and culinary 😉 So, surprise your guests with something truly tasty and healthy. Add some small rye breads and this is all you need for waiting of the main course.Â
In addition to the great taste, you are able to buy beetroot all around the year and you don't need to worry, is it ripe or not.
