When you want to do quickly something fresh, tasty and a little spicy, try this simple guacamole. It is a very good appetizer. There are endless possibilities how to serve guacamole and my favourite is with crispy rye bread.
Surprise your guests with a tasty vegan food. If you want more colours, add beetroot hummus to the table. Hummus will balance the guacamole's spiciness.
|2 dried chilli|
|1 bunch cilantro|
|6 cherry tomatoes|
|4 tbsp olive oil|
It is super easy to make. You need food processor, where you put peeled avocados, peeled onion, coriander leaves, dried chillies, tomatoes, fresh lime juice, olive oil and salt and black pepper. Turn on the machine for 1-2 minutes and you'll have your delicious appetizer!
